First Tri Bleeding: Bleeding in the first trimester can occur in 15-20% of pregnancies. While it does not always spell doom for the pregnancy, you really should be followed by an Obstetrician. An ultrasound to look for fetal viability and location will be very important in being able to manage your care going forward.
