Unlikely...but...: Germs can travel in moist sexual secretions. If an infected party transmits their germs in those secretions there may be risk depending on the STD. Some std germs are easy to pass that way while others will not. Such passive transfer would need to come in contact with a body part that could be invaded by such germs. The event described seems unlikely to do that.
