Depends on last depo: It is generally recommended to wait to conceive until about 5 months after the last depo shot. The shot itself is effective for about 3 months, so waiting another 2 months after that is fine. Statistically, 50% of women are pregnant 10 months after the last depo shot. Best wishes.
