Good/bad news: Good news is that it does not have estrogen so no increase in blood clots usually.Bad news is that it may not be 100% effective and still may get pregnant but that being said works well.So there are better forms of birth cantrol such as IUD or the pill.If you are obese it may not work as well also.In addition it will theow your periods off some
