Hard to speculate: Flu can be a sporadic or high level influenced by regional weather & other factors. It tends to increase when people get together for holiday gatherings or congregate in malls or supermarkets during bad weather. Given the chance nature of weather events & variability of flu activity there may be regional or national peaks at some point. Flu has been reported year round though at low levels.
