Urinary urgency: This can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, diabetes or just an irritation within the bladder sensory nerves. A review of your history, exam & testing can sort out the worst reasons. Some have this as a nervous habit or other issue. There are medications to help stop this if it is not part of an otherwise treatable infection/cause.
