Do not strain: When you strain alot ,it increases the intracranial pressure that could increase or cause a headache.Also it can be exertional headaches.Make sure to do everything to avoid constipation,drink plenty of water and get more fiber in diet,and keep active.The stress can also trigger a migraine and motrin or tylenol may help as well as avoiding caffeine.
