Next to impossible: If you washed your hands thoroughly, it’s near certain that you will have removed the semen and prevented a pregnancy. The circumstances that would most likely allow for a successful pregnancy would be if there were significant semen left on your hands, and you wiped the semen off on the side and specific part of your shorts that came in close genital contact. Even then, unlikely.
