Pregnancy ?: Whenever semen is present in the proximetry of the vagina, whether full ejaculation took place or not, sperm are present and can impregnate the female. Urinating "twice" prior to sexual activity does not guarantee that sperm was not a portion of the "pre-ejaculate".
