Hey i have little tingles in my penis area but it doesnt hurt when i urinate or sex, and it just comes and goes, and i also urinate a lot?

Penis tingles: If you have associated urinary frequency, especially in small amounts, I recommend a urinalysis, microscopic examination and a urine culture and colony count to check for infection as well as diabetes. Include checking for sexually transmitted diseases also. If all is negative and there are no penile lesions, tingling may be mild nerve ending irritability. See a urologist as needed.
