Second period ?: Two periods in a 30 day time frame is unusual, and "brown spotting 5 days after bleeding" may indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, and if negaive, see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.
