Doubt it: The hymen is a tissue layer that acts as a door to the vagina. It has an opening for menstrual blood. If you shove anything through it breakage would occur but I can't see where dropping a phone would do the job. Breakage would cause tissue tearing & bleeding. If it did not it did not happen.
