Hello my 14 month old baby has a rash coming out on his body and face it looks reddish its not itching what could it be im really worried?

Hard to say: Rashes & other skin things are diagnosed by reviewing past history, exposure history, immunization status, other symptoms and most importantly , seeing the rash. Without that data & seeing the rash the possibilities are endless. This site does not allow us to see uploaded photos, so you likely just need to have him seen by his doc.
