Mildly positive?: One can repeat a urine pregnancy test next week. There is usually no need to repeat it sooner than that. If the reason one did a pregnancy test is because of a missed period (when normally one's periods are always regular), then it's likely that this result is a true positive. If a normal-appearing menstrual period comes before the repeat test, then one is mostly likely not pregnant.
