Lichen sclerosus: This is consistent with lichen sclerosus and atrophicus. Intense itching is often present. This disorder,if present, requires treatment to avoid severe scarring and eventual phimosis. Malignant change can also occur. Consult a dermatologist or urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
