I am 14 weeks pregnant and i have the flu but i have a terrible cough that isnt leaving me. what can i do?

Hope its not Flu: You don't say why you believe you have influenza but hopefully you just have a typical viral upper respiratory infection. The flu virus can affect the baby. In either case the virus runs its course in 10 days . Persistent cough after that is likely due to a secondary bacterial infection that can be treated with antibiotics. See an obstetrician and ask about flu vaccine assuming this wasn't flu.
