Fatigue/pregnancy ?: Fatigue with early pregnancy is predictable, and with two children to take care of, may be very normal. At your OB visit, an ultrasound may be done to make certain your current pregnancy is progressing normally.

How do you alleviate extreme fatigue during the first trimester of pregnancy?
I am 8weeks pregnant with severe nausea and fatigue. Some days I cant even get out of bed. My question is how tired is too tired and when does the nausea become a concern. I did not feel like this in my first pregnancy. ?
