Fertility ?: If your periods are regular (28-34 days apart), and your partner has been tested for semen adequacy, the most common cause of infertility is blocked fallopian tubes. Ask your gyn provider for a "hysterosalpingogram" (HSG) which is a simple x-ray test which can determine and often treat blocked or partially blocked tubes.

Your gender?: You do not give your gender: this is important. Males are tested with a semen analysis (sperm count) this can be ordered by any doctor at most commercial labs. Females should see an OBGyn or (preferably) a fertility specialist for evaluation, there are multiple tests to look at. Good wishes.
