Spironolactone: Spironolactone is known to produce nausea and vomiting. "Diurex" is used for water retention. If pregnancy is possible due to failed contraception, obtain a serum HCG test to make sure you are not pregnant. Breast tenderness can be an early symptom of pregnancy.
