Need test: Describe this in more detail. Is the itch present all the time, are there skin changes, is there a discharge, when did the itch start. Any other health problems. If you have foreskin, do you pull it and clean around it to make sure there is no discharge there. Make sure there are no rashes there which may need medications. If you also have a discharge or painful urination, may need meds
