Hard to say: My understanding of the procedure is they try to find & ablate the spot they think is the cause, then sit back & see if the rhythm is fixed. They keep doing it until the rhythm pattern normalizes. It could be after 1 time or several. Time will tell if your heart decides to do this from a separate site. Your cardiologist can give you relapse numbers.
