Yes.: If you don't want to be pregnant or a disease, don't have unprotected sex or abstain. Some days in your cycle, pregnancy is less likely, but the risk is never zero, and chances vary during the cycle and also vary between people. What is less risky for one, may not hold true for another person. Don't chance it.
