Is there anything that can help follicles grow naturally? i have taken letrozole 2.5mg and am at 12.7 (2total) i heard milk,heating pads,protein.

Follicle size,growth: Letrozole may be used to encourage ovulation, but if you have currently two follicles measuring a "total of 12.7 mm", you should ask your gyn physician to refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist for possible addition of Pergonal for follicle stimulation if the current follicles do not mature to a point where ovulation induction is possible.
