Managing stress: If you are "always worried, " you may need to work with a psychologist or psychiatrist to explore the triggers in your own life. This may yield possible solutions, once you can see patterns. Very important! in a more general sense, breathing exercises, practicing meditation, yoga, tai chi, or qi gong may help. Some like more rigorous sports or aerobic exercise. Talking with friends helps too.
