Agree with Dr. E: Mid-cycle spotting is not uncommon. It is a response to the normal drop in endocrine levels at mid-cycle. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
