Suggest strongly: that you consult the physician who has prescribed these psychoactive medications. Most supplements are harmless however some do not "mix well" with prescribed medication. Hope this is helpful! Healthy New Year! Dr Z

Probably not: Both your lexapro , and buspar increase serotonin, L-threanine will also increase serotonin though not as the primary mechanism as is the case for the other two. I would not recommend-denfinately better to discuss with your prescribed the symptoms that make you want to use the L-threonine. There are other alterations in your existing meds that may help.if adding it watch out for serotonin syndrome
