Healthy Kidneys: The most important thing is to stay healthy! this means eating right, exercising and avoiding toxins (cigarettes, excessive alcohol). If you have high blood pressure, keep it controlled. If you have diabetes, get the sugars under good control. If you smoke, stop. Exercise at least 3-5x a week. Those are the most important thing. Also, drink plenty of fluid to stay hydrated.
