See details: Saliva hormone tests are generally unreliable except for determining levels of testosterone and another hormone known as DHEA so I would suggest that you save your money. Blood tests are much more accurate.

For screening: Saliva tests are not accurate enough for diagnosis but can serve as screening tests under controlled circumstances, for steroid hormones only.
