Is it true that when he cums inside and it doesn't leak out afterwards, theres a greater chance of pregnancy?

Fertility ?: With a male between 18 and 60, the usual sperm content of the ejaculate is sufficient to cause pregnancy (if coupled with ovulation in the female) without taking special precautions to avoid "leaking out". If fertility becomes an issue, an ovulation testing kit and a semen analysis for number, motility and form of sperm should be done.
