Cerelle: Cerelle is a progesterone pill and is almost 100% preventive of pregnancy. Any progestin-only "minipill" can cause bleeding irregularities, so you may do better on a combination estrogen/progestin contraceptive and not have bleeding so unpredictably. It is important to take any contraceptive pill at almost the same time every evening, to assist in avoiding pregnancy.
