Very unlikely: There are no data on this, but there are no reported cases of either infection being transmitted by oral-anal contact. And such transmission would not be expected: neither virus is likely to be present in sigificant amounts in the anal area or in feces. The man health risk from analingus is enteric infection, i.e. any of several intestinal infections.
