Many txs: There are several types of tx for melasma. Need to determine the cause. Should see dermatologist. Some otc creams that may be effective as well as a few rx creams. Also laser tx. Quite often hormones may play a role in development. Sunlight may worsen the condition as well. It's best to be thoroughly evaluated before commencing tx.
