Irregular bleeding: Hi, Irregular bleeding can occur with the morning after pill and irregular spotting is frequently reported. It can also cause you to have your period early. Whether your symptoms could be an expected response would depend the timing of your usual periods relative to when you took the pill. Hope this helps
