SIDE EFFECTS : Celiac plexus blocks are injections of pain medication that help relieve abdominal pain, commonly due to cancer or chronic pancreatitis. Side effects can include: Low blood pressure Diarrhea . This will return to normal within a couple of days or a week. You should call your Anaesthesia, who did your block.
