Ultrasound dating: Since "November 18" has not yet occurred in 2018, assume "Guy 1" was in 2017. An ultrasound at "8 wks" is very accurate, so it is unlikely that conception occurred on 11/18/17, if "39 wks" was on 10/16/18. If legal questions of paternity have arisen, get a paternity test.
