Your vaginal: bleeding should not affect stool color, unless you are actively bleeding while defecating and got some clots in there. Even then the stool should appear normal color. You may want to see a healthcare provider if your stool continues to be dark or blackish in color and no other signs of infection. That can indicate a stomach ulcer or small intestinal microbleeding. BC pills have no effect.
