A member asked:

I'm wondering what are testicular cancer signs or symptoms and treatment options?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testicular mass: A mass attached to the testis, usually painless, is the first symptom / sign and probably the only one until there is severe disseminated disease. Surgery will be removal of the testis, likely followed by radiation and/or chemotherapy with the likelihood of a cure. "natural" remedies won't cure but may offer some comfort. Untreated, every cancer will eventually kill the patient.
