She has chf and severely retaining fluid. she's in pain from it and can't have fluid drained yet. what can be done to relieve the pressure and pain?

CHF: I would start with 50 mg of spironolactone and probenecid 500 mg bid. Probenecid is a positive inotrope and greatly improves cardiac function! Measure results be decreasing edema and a falling BNP assay!
