Initial pain wi sex: If you are initially lacking in lubrication - that can cause pain. If your muscles are tightened that can also cause pain with penile insertion. Having adequate foreplay may help if lubrication is an issue. This does not raise significant red flags if you have basic good vaginal health, but it is something that you can discuss with your gynecologist or family doctor at your next visit.
