No: There is no way to get pregnant if a woman is already pregnant. Also, human females do not store sperm for months to wait until after delivery in order to use months-old sperm to fertilize a new egg that forms after delivering the current pregnancy's baby. Thus, if a couple is married, monogamous, free of infections, and having no pregnancy complications... having more sex should be no problem.
