Bacterial Vaginosis: Signs of infection include, but are not limited to, foul odor, itching, redness, warmth, etc... Be on the lookout for these things, which would signify an abnormal scenario like an infection. Essentially, sexual intercourse, particularly with the deposition of semen, and anything that alters the vaginal environment (e.g. douching, medications, diet, etc...) can predispose to this.
