Brown discharge: Brown discharge indicates oxidized blood, and may occur normally at "9 days after period", and be due to estrogen dropping just prior to ovulation. Many times two eggs mature simultaneously, making more estrogen than usual, so the drop can cause minor bleeding at the time of ovulation.
