Tests are accurate: Congratulations! A newly pregnant woman can make an appointment to be checked at her doctor's office. If there is a medical issue or problem, she and her doctor can arrange for proper follow-up then. Otherwise, a cute little one is on the way. Should already be on prenatal vitamins. Do remember that miscarriages are a normal part of life, so some pregnancies will not survive the first 3 months.
