Cynomycin: (minocycline) can cause tinnitus as a side effect , which may or may not happen, and is reversible. It depends on the type of infection you have, ask your doctor for an alternative, if not, which is rare. It depends also on the duration of treatment, you may need to be under close supervision, best wishes
