Moisturizers: Hi, The best product (and likely the cheapest) for extreme dry skin is white petroleum jelly (i.e. vaseline). They can be a little difficult to tolerate because they are gooey but because it is oil based, really helps keep the moisture in. There are other products like Eucerin or Aquaphor that will work similarly but are much more expensive. Hope this helps
