Thrombosis: I doubt that you have phlebitis simultaneously in both legs. You will have to be examined by a physician for diagnosis. If you can't find a clinic, go to the hospital emergency room where you will be evaluated and advised by a physician. The social worker there will assist you regarding your uninsured status and any follow-up care.
