BMI vs. Body Fat: That's a tricky question. A conventional aspect would be to check your body mass index (weight in kg over square of your height in meter), google it and you'll find calculators online. Then bmi between 20-25 is normal(ideally 22-23). I go more for a healthy body fat, measured using bioimpedance or underwater weight or bone scan, normal for female 18-26, men 14-18, athletes lower.
