Pregnant ?: If you did not miss one of the active pills for more than 7 days (not hours!) and you have not failed to start the new package the day after the placebos end, you will have the same protection as if you had not missed a pill, but you may have withdrawal bleeding, so if the bleeding starts, it's best to stop, wait 5-6 days, and start a new pack of pills.
