Yeast?: One of the most common causes of genital ithcing is yeast infection (thrush). It usually does not cause much discharge and usually no odor. Several effective over-the-counter vaginal creams and inserts are available -- look for active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). All are equally effective; get the cheapest. See your Ob if this doesn't clear it up in a few days.
