Possible Hemorroids: It's possible that you have a hemorroid that has become thrombosed. Have you been lifting anything heavy? or have a history of constipation? or Hemorroids? If yes, please visit with your PMD. He can help relieve the pain. If you want to use Preparation H over the counter you can use that for inflamed hemorroids.
